Fees:
Sports: $10.00 + tax per hour
Parties: $40.00 + tax for the first 2 hours, $15.00 + tax each additional.
$100.00 security deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded if all rooms are returned to their original state.

You may use this Online reservation form and then mail a check to cover your fees.
Check must be received 5 business days after submission date of this reservation in order to secure the reservation. Please include the name of the person submitting the request, the facility requested and the date. Thank you.

You may print the reservation form (form will open in your word processor) and mail it in with your check or present the reservation form and check or cash in person at the Village Center.
