4. Approval of Building Board minutes dated July 8, 2008.
5. Approval of Building Board minutes dated August 4, 2008.
6. Request of Ken & Lindy Davis of 42 Cambridge Road to remodel and add
an addition to the home.
7. Request of Lake Wind Associates owner of 48 Burrows Road to replace the roof,
remove rear skylites, install new gutters, downspouts and siding, and replace the
windows in garage and glass block in rear.
8. Request of Michael Browne & Kristen Carriera of 371 Woodland Circle to install a fence.
9. Adjourn.
Note (1): The applicant or a representative must be in attendance to present the
plans before the Building Board.
Note (2): Information regarding each project is on file and is available for
inspection at the Maple Bluff Village Center.
